Voodoo Voodoo created a 360º visual identity for the new skincare brand KLEOS+KLEA, including brand and product naming, as well as a distinctive packaging system, product design, web design, and art direction.

Working alongside founder Tammy Demos, we identified a unique creative opportunity for KLEOS+KLEA, reflecting Tammy’s commitment to natural ingredients and transparency.

The KLEOS+KLEA product line is divided into two methods, each visually distinct: matte black for the Purifying Method and matte soft-white for the Nourishing Method. The opaque glass vessels preserve the ingredients’ integrity, and their soft-touch finish creates a velvety tactile experience.

Our logo strikes a balance between boldness and delicacy, with condensed and expanded characters suggesting growth and movement. Our creative direction captures this duality, blending nature’s vibrant energy with a sense of focused purity.

As the KLEOS+KLEA name embodies the harmonious balance of both genders, this is also reflected in our custom-designed bottles. Each set comprises two bottles with complementary, mirrored shapes, evoking both feminine and masculine forms.

Our bottles and lids feature deliberate soft curves, contrasting with our minimal packaging. The lid concept, developed by Manuel Carvalho and Nazara Lázaro, is crafted as a delicate irregular pebble, introducing another element of tactility.

The boxes are wrapped in a slipcase with a blind embossed logo and an eco-friendly rubber band that encircles each colour-coded box.

These potent formulas are blended in the Thallo bowl, a custom ceramic piece with a gently textured surface and refined silhouette. Designed to fit in the palm of our hand, it guides our fingers and enhances the sensory experience. Each bowl is unique, reflecting a handmade process.

We partnered with a family-owned Portuguese ceramic manufacturer committed to sustainable practices, using locally sourced clay, an abundant natural resource. This material can be stored and reused before firing, reducing waste and conserving natural resources.
